Julie Favours Flexiblity of Fitness Course
Living in rural or remote Queensland is not a disadvantage for any student motivated to study fitness, as Julie McLean of Moranbah can testify. Encouraged by her personal trainer in Moranbah to study for her Certificate III in Fitness, Julie was attracted to the Queensland Academy of Fitness’ courses because of the flexible delivery options.
A full correspondence course or the option to attend weekend or week long workshops in Brisbane appealed to Julie, a mother of three and partner of a shift worker. Completing the course at her own pace while juggling family and work commitments meant that the Queensland Academy of Fitness’ course was ideal for Julie.
After a week at the Queensland Academy of Fitness’ new campus in Coorparoo, Julie is hooked! “Interacting with other students and course tutors has inspired me to complete my Certificate IV in Fitness now as well so that I can become a personal trainer. In our community there is a need for personal trainers and there isalso a tremendous opening for bootcamps. Attending the Queensland Academy of Fitness workshops has made me more aware of the opportunities out there.”
Julie’s advice to anyone considering the Fitness Industry as a career path is … “Don’t think about it, do it!
My confidence in what I’m embarking upon has sky rocketed since enrolling and working with the staff of the Queensland Academy of Fitness. They have been tremendous.”
Inspiring others… Julie McLean of Moranbah chooses Queensland Academy of Fitness’ Flexible Personal Training Course.
