Joe Waide is a graduate of the Queensland Academy of Fitness and the person behind Inspire Personal Training. Joe completed his certificate IV (RCC) in Fitness with the Academy and has specialised in Gym Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Older Adults and Children’s Trainer specialty areas.

 Joe has been involved in the fitness industry for the past fifteen years and was awarded the Networks Australian Personal Trainer of the Year 2004, and the Queensland Fitness Professional of the Year 2004 and 2005. He works as a personal trainer, group fitness presenter and has taken school aerobic modules in New Zealand and Australia, he also trains instructors / trainers through Australia, Asia and New Zealand.

Joe established “Inspire Personal Training” which encompasses “Inspire Core Camp® 4 KIDS” and “Inspire Core Camp® 4 CORPORATE”. A sixty minute session that uses the latest practical exercises available to improve agility, balance, coordination, speed, quickness, whole body strength and core stability as well as provide kids and adults with lots of fun. Children aged from seven years and older as well as school/sports coaches, parents and teachers participate in the sessions and Corporates up to their late 60’s, which are run over a seven week timeframe with the Active After Schools Program in conjunction with the Australian Government. Training children is a specialised field that requires personal trainers that are fully qualified and knowledgeable in the area. Having completed the Older Adults and Children’s Trainer specialty area Joe acquired the expertise and education required to become a specialist in this field.

Older Adults and Children’s Trainer workshops are run throughout the year at Queensland Academy of Fitness with reduced course fees offered for all previous QAF students. Alternatively complete the workshop for FREE simply by referring a new student to the Academy.*
